1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dmplay1.org or registering an account on the DmPlay platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Age & Eligibility Criteria

Participation in DmPlay games is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). It is the user's responsibility to verify that accessing online gaming platforms complies with the laws of their local state or territory.

3. Single Account & Fair Play Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account. Creating duplicate, fraudulent, or multi-bot accounts to exploit sign-up bonuses or referral schemes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of illegitimate balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must originate from payment methods (UPI, Bank Account, Paytm) legally owned by the registered user. Withdrawals are subject to standard 1x gameplay turnover verification. DmPlay reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) before approving high-value withdrawal transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Online gaming involves financial risk. DmPlay and dmplay1.org cannot be held liable for personal losses resulting from gameplay decisions, network disconnects during betting rounds, or third-party banking delays beyond our control.
